People with fewer educational opportunities, as well as vulnerable and ageing communities, may face greater difficulties in adapting to social, economic and environmental changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project considers <strong>Education for Sustainable Development<\/strong> a valuable tool for strengthening the resilience of individuals and communities, encouraging participation, and opening up new personal and professional perspectives. By sharing experiences and methodologies already tested in the partner countries, the initiative aims to develop effective and transferable tools that can be adapted to other contexts and different target groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>transnational dimension<\/strong> is a key element of the project. Cooperation between European organisations makes it possible to identify and build on the most effective national experiences, improve their impact, and promote their dissemination at European level.
