The european Union approves the “Burrata di Andria” from Italy and the “Vale of Evesham Asparagus” from United Kingdom in the register of protected geographical indications

The european Union has approved the registration of two new products from Italy and the United Kingdom in the register of protected geographical indications (PGI). For Italy, it is the “Burrata di Andria”, a cheese made from cow’s milk with rounded shape produced in the region of Puglia, in the south of the country.
